Then, as you swirl it around your mouth a little bit, you'll enjoy its delicate notes of smoke and spice. It has a surprisingly long and lingering finish with the right refreshing acidity. The blend is 70% Pinot Noir; 30% Zinfandel - a perfect combination of smoothness with the right amount of punch and brightness.
